FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

What do I get free?

A free account opens the first 5 problems you’re given on your exam, each with a step-by-step solution, and you can retry those 5 as often as you like. Signing up needs no payment details.

What does a plan add?

Every other practice problem on your exam and the full exam simulator, with a worked solution on every problem. Both plans open the same things; only the length is different.

How do I choose a plan?

Sign up free, then choose a plan in Settings > Billing whenever you’re ready. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your full card number.

Do plans renew automatically?

Yes. A plan renews at the end of each period, for the same length and at the same price, until you cancel. If we change a price, we’ll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

How do I cancel?

Any time, in Settings > Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable, including for part of a period, except where the law requires otherwise. The 5 free problems are there so you can see how PassFEPE works before you pay.

Is the NCEES handbook included?

No. The reference handbook NCEES supplies, and the design standards it lists for some PE exams, are copyrighted, so plans don’t include them. Add your own legally obtained PDF and it opens beside your questions. The file stays on your device.
